Movies Watched in July 2016

  • The BFG

  • Star Trek Beyond

  • Deadpool

  • The Good Dinosaur

  • Bad Moms

  • Very good month! Little Miss and I saw The BFG. She enjoyed it quite a bit. I thought it was ok. After a year of deciding if I was a big enough girl to watch Deadpool, I sucked it up and did it. It wasn't as violent as I thought. Plus, it was super funny. We won't talk about how much I cried in The Good Dinosaur. I thought it was underrated and super cute though even if it calls back many other Disney movies. Husband and I went to see Bad Moms, and we loved it. It is hilarious.

  • Paper Towns

  • I treated myself to Captain America (but my co-worker came along to make it more enjoyable).  I caught Jurassic World and Paper Towns on cable.

    Movies Watched in April 2016

  • Ant Man
  • Tomorrowland

  • I've been making the most of the Starz app and watching all the new movies. Not much for a movie month. It's because we're so behind on our TV on the DVR, that's what we've been concentrating on. Spoiler, next month is even more pathetic (and May has just started, but I don't see any time to watch anything). Still, Ant Man was so much better than I expected, and Tomorrowland had George Clooney. It wasn't bad, but I thought the message was a little heavy-handed. Still, I thought the cast was great at the very least.

    Movies Watched in March 2016

  • Zootopia
  • Step Up

  • These were no Spotlight and Room. I really liked Zootopia. Little Miss did not. She had nightmares for over a week. It put a hold on watching any movie in our household. I didn't find it scary, but she doesn't like it when animals and people are mean to each other. Maybe when she's older... I caught Step Up streaming because I've never seen it and wanted something to pass the time. It worked.

    Movies Watched in February 2016

  • Spotlight
  • Room

  • In our last ditch effort to watch any of the Oscar movies excluding the annual Disney/Pixar movie, we rented Spotlight and Rent. They were both really well done though I do not recommend watching them back to back. At all. So much molestation and assault (though none directly on the camera). Both evoked a lot of feels.

    What We've Watched - 2020

I forgot a bunch!  So, just to round out 2020, here we go. Let's see... I watched Enola Holmes on Netflix which I found adorable, and I...
