Tonight, Little Miss was getting into mischief of one kind... and another. Husband spoke firmly with her and stared her down. Little Miss stood her ground and stared right back with her hands on her hips. This is the part where I have to admit that, unfortunately, Husband lost the staring contest and started to laugh. Little Miss went on her way as victor continuing to make her mischief.

Staring Contest
Tonight, Little Miss was getting into mischief of one kind... and another. Husband spoke firmly with her and stared her down. Little Miss stood her ground and stared right back with her hands on her hips. This is the part where I have to admit that, unfortunately, Husband lost the staring contest and started to laugh. Little Miss went on her way as victor continuing to make her mischief.

Hehehe! I have this picture of Little Miss in my mind and I'm laughing. No way could I keep a straight face.
It sounds so familiar, I had these kind of arguments all the time with my cousins (I was babysitting them a lot) - and I always had to try very hard not to laugh. It gets easier when they get older :)
