Little Miss Pancake
Husband makes pancakes often. They're pretty good - light and fluffy. They're also a little bigger than silver dollar size, the perfect size for little hands. On the weekends, we'll feed Little Miss pancakes on a plate with syrup, but during the week, she's taken to getting them out of the fridge and eating them cold. They make her very happy. I couldn't get the grin that she usually has while eating, but this is her eating her pancake this morning:
