For Sexy Friday inspiration, I went to IMDB to see who had a birthday today. No one really stood out for me, but I did see that Gus Van Sant's birthday is today. He turns 56. Then, I got to thinking that he directed Good Will Hunting so, instead of going the obvious route, I went with Ben Affleck. I'm not a huge Ben Affleck fan, but I loved his storyline in He's Just Not That Into You. I thought it was sweet. Plus, Ken Kwapis directed the movie, and I think he's cool - he directed The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants as well as some of my favorite episodes of The Office.
To act as Ben Affleck's Sexy Friday counterpart, I chose Jennifer Garner even if they chose my grandmother's name for their child. I actually was never a huge Jennifer Garner fan because of her role in Felicity, but I did like her in 13 Going on 30 and Juno among a couple of others so I've let her fictional role from 11 years ago go. Oh! Totally forgot she was in the horrible adaptation of For the Roses by Julie Garwood called Rose Hill. (Sidenote: Justin Chambers played Cole and that character is part of the reason why I hated the adaptation, but I've gotten over that and now love him on Grey's Anatomy so I can let things go... eventually).

Yay, my scheduled post worked! It hasn't worked in awhile.
I have a girl crush on Jennifer Garner, mainly b/c Alias is one of my favorite all time shows! Oh and Violet was my grandmother's name too!
I like Jennifer on Alias. I still have the last season to watch.
I like Ben Affleck when he was on Pearl Harbor. Great pick, April.
Hey, for next week, why not Zac Efron and his look-alike actor Kevin Zegers
Shoshana, I actually posted a picture of Zac before I instituted Sexy Friday. :) I'll have to look for it though he's had nicer ones since then.
I hated that Julie Garwood movie too!!! It was terrible.
I have also had to get over my dislike of Jennifer Garner. The fact that I liked Alias helped but it was a long road. :)
