However, the other night, there must have been a night-time spat. Little Miss fell asleep. I left her in her bedroom and she was down for the count. We turned on the video monitor from the other room. She was standing up in the crib. I groaned, figuring I was going to have to go back in and get her to sleep once more, but I waited because she wasn't crying so she could just settle down by herself. She bent down, picked up Pig, threw him out of the crib, and then laid down and fell back asleep. It was the funniest thing we ever saw. We had to hold laughter in because we didn't want to wake her up. Too funny and really the moment that made the video monitor worth it. Well, that and we didn't miss the first time she ever rolled over.
I've never known any trouble that an hour's reading didn't assuage. Charles De Secondat (1689 - 1755)
