A very small part of me wanted to March, but I can hardly stand the Metro during rush hour, and chaos and crowds give me anxiety. So, I stayed home, went to Cheesetique and had some wine and mac and cheese, bought more wine and cheese to bring home and then baked. In addition to fudge, I made pink cupcakes in honor of those who marched. They weren't fancy, just funfetti with dyed frosting (6 drops of red and one drop of blue). I added a little glitter because glitter makes everything better.
I've never known any trouble that an hour's reading didn't assuage. Charles De Secondat (1689 - 1755)
