Books Read in January 2009

  1. Kiss of the Night by Sherrilyn Kenyon (Note: This is book 7 of a series. The order in which to read the Dark Hunter series is found here.)
  2. Night Play by Sherrilyn Kenyon (Note: This is book 8 of a series. The order in which to read the Dark Hunter series is found here.)
  3. Seize the Night by Sherrilyn Kenyon. (Note: This is book 10 of a series. The order in which to read the Dark Hunter series is found here.)
  4. The Yiddish Policeman's Union by Michael Chabon
I had a long break between Sherrilyn Kenyon books. I've been borrowing them from a friend. I really like them, but I was waiting for the new shipment. In the meantime, I lost momentum in the series. I read these two books back-to-back and found I really missed the old Dark Hunters. I still have a a couple left in my pile. I hope to get to them soon. The third book was for book club. I finished it. I can't say I loved it, but it has stuck in my mind which is more than I can say for some other books. Something happened today that made me think of it. Either way, it's always good to read something I normally wouldn't and even better to have an excuse to have lunch with friends and talk books.

You can tell how much laundry and cleaning I have to do by how much audio books I get to listened.

Don't forget to signed up for my book giveaways. I have this really great book up there by Leighton Gage.
