Last weekend flew by! On Friday, I had to pick up Baby from my parents' house. Then, we visited In-Laws and went home to eat dinner and relax after a busy week.
On Saturday, Husband woke up early to take Baby to visit Father-in-Law and go grocery shopping. We exchanged the car and baby. So, Husband ate lunch and then visited Father-in-Law again, Baby and I picked up Sister-in-Law and grabbed lunch and went shopping. I bought Baby a dress to wear for her birthday party, Thanksgiving and as many times as possible until she grows out of it. Then, we went back to Brother-in-Law and Sister-in-Law's apartment to hang out and eat barbecue. Later, we went back to visit Father-in-Law and then got to bed late.
On Sunday, Husband woke up to have pancakes with Baby, the usual Sunday morning routine. In the process, a glass of OJ fell, shattered and fell all over the carpet. So, I got up to amuse Baby and help. I figured, at that point, I'd get up and get ready, too. As soon as the carpet was clean, and I was almost ready to go, Husband cleaned the carpet and a picture frame fell off the wall. So, he ran out the door while I cleaned the glass and floor. Truly, a comedy of errors. Without the comedy part. I got Baby ready to go and met Mother, Sister, Nephew and a friend for brunch at The Front Page for brunch. Then, we went into the city to see Jim Henson's Fantastic World. It was a small, traveling exhibit, but I was glad I got to see it. Baby slept through the entire exhibit (as shown to your right). It was a crazy weekend, one of those weekends where you need another weekend afterwards so you can recover. This week should be relatively calm at least.
